Thick Film Resistor Applications
We specialise in application-specific thick film power resistors and high-voltage resistors. We also deliver heater resistors for medical applications, precision resistor networks, and obsolete resistor replacements.

Samples for analysis and approval can be delivered before committing to production.

Why Thick Film Resistors?
Thick film resistors are produced by firing a glass and metal oxide paste onto a substrate. The technology generally delivers good performance across all key areas at a relatively low cost.
Compared to other resistor technologies, thick film resistors are robust and have good power handling and maximum voltage specifications. The technology is stable with a compact form factor. A wide range of resistance values are available.
Thick film substrate technology is easily customisable for specific applications. This includes substrates of unusual shapes or sizes to fit in difficult-to-access spaces in specialised equipment.
